Get Connected
Once you contact us, we will reach out and start the planning process right away. This usually happens with a phone call, zoom meeting, or an in-person meeting. This gives us the opportunity to hear your vision and start working with you to make that vision a reality.
Design Coordination
Design Coordination is the final step before we start building your home. This step sounds self-explanatory. But it is the most crucial step in the whole process. This is when we work with our local architect to get your plans all drawn up. It’s a great opportunity to work through all of your wants and needs from a house. This way we help ensure your house design is perfect for you. We also use this time to work with other local vendors to discuss all of your finishes I.e., paint, cabinets, tile, flooring etc...
Build
This is when things really start getting exciting. We start this process off with site prep. Adding a road if needed, leveling a building's location digging, and foundation prep. We move into building the foundation. This process only takes a few weeks and it's awesome to watch the beginning of your house start to rise. Next comes framing. This by far is the fastest moving portion of the building process. Usually, the whole house is framed within one to two weeks and you are now really able to see the vision for your future home. Once the framing is done, we move into finishing work. Finish work includes everything from drywall, cabinets, and flooring, to siding, roofing, and exterior walkways. Finish work definitely is the longest portion of the process but quality craftsmanship is our goal, we take the time to do it right. lastly, we have punch list items that we work directly with you going over all the fine details verifying everything is how you want it.
